What we collect and why

Contact form

When you send us a message via the contact form, we collect:

Name
Email address
Phone number (optional)
Product area of the enquiry
Message content

The purpose is to respond to your enquiry. Data is deleted when the case is closed, and no later than 12 months. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies for the website to function. These do not require consent and contain no personal data.

You may also choose to allow analytics cookies via the cookie banner at the bottom of the page. These are only activated if you have actively accepted them, and can be withdrawn at any time.

Who we share data with

Messages from the contact form are sent via Postmark (email service provider). Postmark only processes data to deliver the email and does not retain the content. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to:

Request access to the data we hold about you
Request that data is corrected or deleted
Object to processing
Lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority at datatilsynet.no

Send requests to post@bjas.no. We respond within 30 days.
